1.DOS AGAVES
I am a HUGE fan of egg white cocktails, but if you plan on serving them at your wedding you should also plan to tip your bartender VERY well. Egg white cocktails can be a pain to make an definitely require several well trained mixologists.

2 oz Reposado Tequila (We use 123 Organic Tequila [Uno Dos Tres])
.75 oz lime juice .75 cinnamon-agave syrup
1 slice orange
1 egg white
garnish with bitters
2. Mint and Honey Bourbon
This is an amazing cocktail for a hot day or outdoor cocktail hour. Very crisp and refreshing.

1 oz Chipotle Agave (agave nectar, 4-5 chipotle peppers, 1 cup water – Boil and Steep)
1 oz Blueberry Shrub
2 oz Mezcal
1 C Apple Cider Vinegar
Procedure: Muddle 2-3 Slices Serrano Peppers, then Shake all Contents Together, Double Strain and Enjoy!
