Our couples Arrow Park celebration was the latter.
Tucked into the woods of the Hudson Valley, their wedding unfolded like a private estate escape — equal parts relaxed, intentional, and deeply personal. The kind of weekend where guests kick off their shoes, stay a while, and wake up the next morning still talking about the dance floor.
Meet Our Couple
These two found each other while working in the music industry. They through great records, a shared love of the East Village, and, of course, their adorable pup (who yes made an appearance). Their world has always revolved around creativity and close friends, so when it came to their wedding, they didn’t want something traditional or rushed into a singular day.
They wanted a Hell of a Party.
Time with their people.
>Time outdoors.
>Time to actually feel their wedding.
And Arrow Park gave them exactly that.
Why Arrow Park Was the Perfect Fit

From a planning perspective, having everything in one location meant less transportation, less stress, and more connection. From a guest perspective? It felt like a mini vacation.
The Weekend Begins: Beach Vibes & Bonfires
July in the Hudson Valley is pure magic, and we leaned all the way into it. Arrow Park sports a beach front lake complete with boats, swimming, and space for cook outs.
The rehearsal dinner brought all the summer fun. We are talking bonfire upstate kind of vibes. Guests gathered by the water, beers in hand, before ending the night around a bonfire and S’mores under the stars. The guests knew right from the start that this was going to be the kind of weekend to remember forever.
The Wedding Day Atmosphere
Wedding day arrived with warm July air and that soft woodland quiet that Arrow Park does so well.
The ceremony, led by Once Upon a Vow, was held in the Garden, surrounded by the trees of Arrow Park. Their design by Wyld BK echoed the surroundings rather than competing with it.

- Natural materials
- Elevated tablescapes
It felt like the woods, but dressed up.
The Details We Loved Most
This wedding was full of thoughtful, tactile touches, the kind guests pick up and keep.
Our favorite parts?
Calligraphy rocks as place cards
Each guest found their seat via a hand-lettered stone which acted as a subtle nod to the landscape and such a beautiful keepsake.
Custom napkins + layered tablescapes
Textural and nodding to the woods surrounding us.
A seamless indoor/outdoor flow
Cocktails in the manor, dinner under the trees, dancing late into the night, every space at Arrow Park felt like a
new chapter of the story.
Our Role as Full-Service Planners
Because this was a full wedding weekend, planning went far beyond a typical wedding timeline.
We partnered with these two from the very beginning. Our Campbell Events Planning team, walked them from venue selection through final brunch breakdown, designing a weekend that felt cohesive and effortless for both them and their guests.
We staffed our team onsite throughout the entire weekend which meant:
- No rushed load-ins
- No late-night resets
- No logistical gaps between events
We prioritized steady, calm execution and the ability to be there for our couple from start to finish.
Our goal was to make them feel like hosts at their own estate. And that’s exactly how it felt.
The Send-Off
After a packed dance floor and a night that stretched into the Manor and then back down to the beach for the after party (the best kind), guests wandered back to their rooms onsite.
The next morning, everyone reunited for brunch in the manor. There were plenty of coffee, pastries, and so many stories from the night before. It was gentle and Exactly how a wedding weekend should end.
