Partial Planning is our most customizable and package because whether you have 9 months left or 3 months left in planning we will create a customized proposal that reflects the support that you need.

Our Coordination service (often lovingly called Event Management or Day-Of Coordination, though we’re with you long before the day) is designed for couples who’ve done their budgeting, chosen all of their vendors, and planned their wedding details, but want to be fully present for their wedding day.
That’s where we come in! We ensure every detail unfolds as planned and the day runs seamlessly. We’ll step in 6 weeks prior to your wedding day to review your plans, confirm vendors, build your wedding day timeline, and manage all logistics from setup to final send-off. Consider us your wedding stage managers: handling the behind-the-scenes so you can stay in the moment, sip champagne, and actually enjoy your day. This is ideal for couples who consider themselves expert planners and just want someone to take over, so that they can enjoy the Party.

After 10 years in business we have learned a thing or two. And we have found that our most successful weddings need at least 6 weeks to ensure we have all of the details right. This timing gives us the right amount of time to reach out to your vendors, confirm the details, and have at least 2 meetings before your wedding day.
Yes, outside of our packages we offer hour consultations. These are ideal for couples that want a little extra support for specific topics in wedding planning such as Budget Help or Vendor Sourcing. Our Coordination clients have the option to add these on at a discounted rate for additional support before their 6 week package begins.
Absolutely! Raw Space Venues such as Lofts or Industrial buildings are our specialty. We see these spaces as blank canvases that we can use to create and design a completely customized event reflective of you. In these spaces we will bring in the staff, the bar, the rentals, lighting, staging, and will be there on site all day to ensure the event runs smoothly.
We pride ourselves on being the first people in the venue and the Last People out. We stay all day to ensure that set up is handled properly and breakdown goes smoothly, ensuring you get your deposits back and do not have any surprises afterwards. The average wedding is 12 hours, if your wedding seems like it will go beyond this we will build additional time into your package for you.
We use a Three Phase Planning approach when working with our Full Service clients. These phases are Venue Acquisition, Vendor Sourcing and Design, and the Final Stretch which is a 3 month coordination. In the first phases we will be reviewing budget and process to create a blueprint for your wedding planning journey. From there we source your venue, vendors, and work towards your design. In the end we wrap up all of the details and confirm with your vendors to ensure an easy and stress free Wedding Day.
We have some rentals such as card boxes, table numbers, signage, yard games, candles, easels, bathroom baskets, and more. Please ask your planner for our rental list so that we can put together an order for you.
