A: All kinds! We specialize in full-service, partial planning, and wedding coordination for couples who want stylish, meaningful, and well-run events. Whether you’re hosting a rooftop soirée in Brooklyn, an artful celebration in an industrial space, or a multicultural weekend affair, we’re here to make it spectacular.
A: Hell yes. Our Founder, Carissa Campbell is a part of the LGBTQIA community and has centered queer relationships throughout the fabric of the company. We’re deeply committed to inclusive, nonjudgmental, and absolutely rad planning experiences for all couples, regardless of gender, identity, or orientation.
A: Ideally, as early as possible, especially if you’re looking for full-service planning. We recommend reaching out 18 months before your wedding date. For partial planning or 6-week coordination, sooner is still better to ensure your date is available and we can support you fully.
A: NYC is our home base (and our heart), but we plan weddings across the Tri-State area and are available for destination weddings as well. Have a vision in Hudson Valley, upstate, or even out of the country? Let’s talk.
A: Our clients typically invest $100,000 or more in their wedding. We work with couples who value quality, creativity, and ease, and who trust us to guide that investment wisely.
A: Absolutely. We honor and celebrate all cultural backgrounds and traditions. From tea ceremonies to hora dances, multi-day South Asian celebrations to Dancing the “La Vibora de la Mar” vibes we’ll work closely with you and your families to create a celebration that feels authentic, respectful, and yours.
A: We work on flat-fee packages. Some competitors do offer hourly rates, but we’ve found flat fees offer clarity and budget peace of mind. We can do consultations for $250/hour.
A: In many cases, yes, but even if we haven’t, we can quickly familiarize ourselves with any space, including industrial lofts and gallery venues. We have an expansive network of other industry friends and planners that we breif with prior to working at any new venue to ensure we are researching and discussing what works well in that venue and what to watch for.
A: Honestly, Experience. Our founder worked in catering before becoming a wedding planner and it shows. We have crafted our planning formula based on her experience with staff timelines, rental lists, and quick on your feet problem solving that she adopted through her catering career. Additionally, Our core values ( inclusivity, cultural diversity, sustainability, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, and ethical vendor partnerships) set us apart. We design every wedding around who you are, not industry formulas.
