A Candlelit Evening at Greenpoint Loft
B + F’s wedding at Greenpoint Loft felt like stepping into a candlelit dinner party in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. From the very beginning, they envisioned a day that honored the city they love. They blended industrial textures with unique details, and created an atmosphere that was organic, warm, and unmistakably them.
Getting ready at The Wythe Hotel
The morning started just a few blocks away at Wythe Hotel, where B got ready in one of the hotel’s loft suites (you know, the ones with the killer wallpaper). Exposed brick walls and so many laughs set the tone for the day.
Hanging Centerpieces and Fun Florals
Inside the loft, we leaned into a palette of greens and golds to complement the raw architecture. Suspended greenery installations floated overhead, suspended with texture and movement. Long farm tables glowed with abundant candlelight. The effect was romantic without feeling formal. Meanwhile, the industrial beams above and flickering warmth below created a vibe that works perfectly at Greenpoint Loft. Florals by Rosehip Floral added a playful and unexpected twist. This included a bouquet studded with citrus, kumquat, and delicate anemones that provided textural pops of color.
An Emphasis on Culinary Arts
Food and wine were sublime throughout the evening. Preserving Harvest Catering crafted a farm to table menu that celebrated seasonal ingredients.
They paired this with an elevated wine service that felt more like a curated tasting menu than traditional wedding catering. The rumble of conversation throughout the room was electric.
One of the most meaningful details was their custom ketubah, hand-sketched with tiny illustrations of their pets and everyday scenes from their life around Brooklyn. It was filled with stoops, coffee shops, and favorite corners of their life together. It perfectly captured the spirit of the day. With partial planning and on-site coordination from Campbell Events, the night flowed. Additionally, seamless support from Superlative Staff Events helped. As we always mention, staffing is the backbone of a well structured event. Wilde Scout Photo documented the celebration with a documentary eye. Meanwhile, 74 Events kept the dance floor packed late into the night. And for a sweet finish, Luckybird created desserts that were as beautiful as they were delicious. B + F’s wedding was the picture perfect example of a Greenpoint Loft wedding done right.
